Joe Ferreri

Ferreri has a long history leading established and start-up business enterprises within the apparel, business process outsourcing, and technology sectors. A strategic business executive with proven success in business-development and operational management, his achievements encompass driving meaningful growth and profit success in business-to-business and business-to-consumer enterprises.
Before joining Fabian Couture Group, Ferreri worked for Lands' End where he served as the Senior Vice President over the Business Outfitters organization. Prior to that he held a variety of progressive senior leadership roles at Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel, start-up operations for Atlantic Partners, Inc., where he served as President, as well as Pitney Bowes Management Services and General Binding Corporation.
Ferreri received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut.
Martin Fox
Executive Vice President of FCG and President of FCG Canada
As Executive Vice President of Fabian Couture Group and President of our Canadian division, Fox oversees Business Development, Merchandising and Design within the core Formalwear businesses.
Fox has a held a variety of progressive senior leadership roles within FCG, has a long history as a strategic business executive and is a respected trusted advisor in the formalwear industry. Fox’s skills in sales, leadership, and business-development supporting national business relationships has greatly enabled FCG to establish its leadership position in the industry.
Dan Gindea
Chief Operating Officer and Vice President FCG
As COO and Vice President of Fabian Couture Group, Dan Gindea is responsible for many aspects of the day-to-day business including Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution, Production and Global Sourcing.
Over the course of his 10-year tenure at Fabian, Dan has notably been a key contributor to the organization’s growth through his work with key clients, our global manufacturing network, and his counterparts in Business Development and Finance.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University in New York City in 2011.
Mark Harabedian
Chief Finance Officer FCG
As CFO of Fabian Couture Group, Mark is responsible for the Finance organization as well as Human Resources, IT, and Facilities. Mark’s entire career has been in apparel, with prior progressive leadership positions notably at Calvin Klein and Natori. During his 10+ years with FCG, Mark has helped ensure the fiscal compliance of the organization along with being a key contributor to the company’s transition from 50-year family ownership to acquisition by Private Equity in 2018.
Mark is a graduate of St. Peters in Jersey City, New Jersey where he received his BS in Accounting.
